Delta’s PPO has a great network of accepted dentists.
Manhattan Life Dental, Vision & Hearing (scroll down to Dental, Vision, Hearing)
This plan is unique as it combines your dental, vision, and hearing into one plan and gives a combined amount of coverage to use, up to $1,500.
Plans start as low as $10.99 per month. No waiting periods, but the HMOs have a smaller network of accepted dentists.
Ameritas / PrimeStar Dental Plans
Ameritas has a smaller dental network but provides up to $2.5k annual coverage at lower monthly premiums. You can add vision coverage as well—no waiting periods.
